Internship in Recruitment
You want to understand recruitment from the inside, not just observe. Here, you’ll be hands-on from day one.
You’ll join a small structure, working directly with an experienced solo recruiter. No big teams where you disappear. You’ll be involved in everything.
What you’ll actually do (70% recruitment)
Write and improve job descriptions
Source candidates (LinkedIn, databases, direct outreach)
Contact and qualify candidates
Take part in interviews
Follow recruitment processes end-to-end
Understand hiring needs and challenge profiles
The rest of the internship (30%)
Work on employer branding & communication (posts, visibility, content)
Test marketing approaches to attract candidates
Bring ideas and launch your own initiatives
This internship is for you if:
You want to learn fast, in a practical way
You’re comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken. French is a strong plus
You’re curious, proactive, and not passive
You want to understand how the job market really works
You have a good sense of humor, or at least you think you do
