Internship in Recruitment

You want to understand recruitment from the inside, not just observe. Here, you’ll be hands-on from day one.

You’ll join a small structure, working directly with an experienced solo recruiter. No big teams where you disappear. You’ll be involved in everything.

What you’ll actually do (70% recruitment)

• Write and improve job descriptions

• Source candidates (LinkedIn, databases, direct outreach)

• Contact and qualify candidates

• Take part in interviews

• Follow recruitment processes end-to-end

• Understand hiring needs and challenge profiles

The rest of the internship (30%)

• Work on employer branding & communication (posts, visibility, content)

• Test marketing approaches to attract candidates

• Bring ideas and launch your own initiatives

This internship is for you if:

• You want to learn fast, in a practical way

• You’re comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken. French is a strong plus

• You’re curious, proactive, and not passive

• You want to understand how the job market really works

• You have a good sense of humor, or at least you think you do
