Your role
You will manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts while identifying new business opportunities. The role combines account management, negotiation, and commercial strategy.
Key responsibilities
Manage and develop existing accounts. Identify and open new business opportunities
Lead commercial discussions. Negotiate listings, promotions, and long-term agreements
Drive sales performance. Monitor results and adjust actions to meet volume, revenue, and margin targets
Build and follow forecasts. Track performance and identify improvement levers
Act as a business partner for clients. Provide insights and recommendations based on data and market trends
Work closely with internal teams (supply, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth execution
Contribute to the overall commercial strategy and identify growth opportunities
Your profile
Master’s degree or equivalent
Around 4 to 6 years of experience in key account management, ideally in FMCG or food
Strong commercial mindset. Able to develop business and close deals
Solid experience in negotiation, planning, and managing client relationships
Comfortable with numbers. Able to manage budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking
Hands-on, result-oriented, and accountable
Able to work cross-functionally and move projects forward
Fluent in English and French. Dutch is a plus
