What you’ll be doing
Accounting All-Rounder: Handle day-to-day accounting operations for our entities, including AP, AR, bank postings, intercompany transactions, and expense processing.
Month-End Hero: Prepare and book month-end journal entries (accruals, prepayments, payroll entries, fixed assets, revenue recognition).
Reconciliation Pro: Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Reporting Sidekick: Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements and management reports.
Audit Ally: Participate in internal and external audits and provide clear, well-structured documentation when needed.
Process Improver: Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and the documentation of accounting procedures.
Team Player: Collaborate closely with the finance team to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.
What we’re looking for
Solid Education Base: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience That Counts: 1-3 years of experience in general “A to Z” accounting.
Accounting Know-How: Understanding of accounting principles.
Tool-Savvy: Experience with accounting software such as Adfinity (or similar).
Detail Lover: You’re organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and you spot inconsistencies before anyone else does.
Communication Skills: Comfortable working in English, both written and spoken.
